Micro-welding
Application:
full strength welds with the highest precision
- welding of complex, small and hard-to-reach shapes
 - the properties and types of additives are the same as for pulse micro-welding
 
- a wide range of optional materials to suit the needs of individual tools and their eventual following treatment ie. tool steel 1.1520 – 1.3395, hardness 36 to 63 HRC
 - filler wires with a diameter from 0.2 to 0.8 mm
 - Possibility of welding of unknown or hard-welding steels
 - Bronze alloys – fillers for all commonly used AMPCO or MOLDMAX
 - Aluminum alloys – filler materials according to the composition of the base material
 
Application:
full strength welding
				- Shape changes, dimensional correction and adjustments
 - Refurbishment of parting lines and inlet/feeding systems
 - refurbishment and modification of cutting and bending edges in stamping tools
 
- A wide range of optional materials, according to the needs of individual tools, namely Tooling steel Wr. Nr. 1.1520-1.3395, hardness 36-63 HRC
 - Possibility of welding of unknown or hard-welding steels

Application:
Filling scratches and rough damages on the cylinders and hydraulic piston rods. Thanks to careful applicaton the weld does not cause damage or affect the chrome coating.
Filler materials:
				- special alloy foils with a thickness from 0.1 to 0.2 mm
 - Layering possible as needed
 - hardness range 35-48 HRC
